Roger Blackshear, the founder of Blackshear Fitness, is a certified personal trainer with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of clients in many different conditions. Assessing individual needs and creating unique programs to get his clients to the goals they want to achieve is his passion, including clients with injuries or other limitations.
Cyndi Johnson is a NASM certified personal trainer, who specializes in weight loss and strength training. She herself used to be over weight and knows what it takes to get into perfect shape! Cyndi is also well versed in training with individuals with limitations.
